To lose one's tension and relax in superb alpine
surroundings, that is what the three thermal pools in Les Bains d'Ovronnaz offer
you.
Access to the thermal indoor and outdoor pools (32° to 35° depending on the
season) is possible every day from 8h00 to 20h30 and in winter 21h00.
In general, thermal baths are good for a very large
part of the population. However, people having doubts about it can ask advice
from their doctor, or directly at the centre's medical section. It is highly
recommended to respect the following stages in order to fully enjoy the virtues
of thermal baths:
- First take a shower (compulsory)
- Enjoy the baths
- Take a shower and rest a moment
Then start the cycle again if you feel like it. The
recommended bathing time is 20 minutes, this time should be adapted depending on
the age and health.
